So I can only claim 7 days per month?

You can file claims for qualifying events until reach the maximum payout for that month ($1900).
How do you know what my income is?
When you file a claim, the provider, Kover, will have you connect your gig jobs to their system, which will pull the data directly and provide your income details to them.
