If you are a premium user & using the Para application then DUH will automatically try to capture the data sent by Para & display it on the screen for you when an incoming request shows up.
Accepting/Declining of orders will not be based off the data sent by Para unless you enable it by using the Para options tab inside of DUH settings since it is only an "estimated amount".
** Showing of information or accepting/declining based off Para information is not a guarantee as it relies on another application to send the information in a timely manner **
Problem: Overlay is not showing the information
Solution: Make sure all your services for DUH are working correctly. You can test this by going to your DUH account tab -> check application services. If all services are working correctly the issue is most likely a delay from Para sending the information to your device. Check to make sure you are getting the Para notification about the orders. If you are getting the notifications then try to reset your notification services for the DUH app and restart your device.
Problem: I am not getting the Para notification, I only get one from the DUH app.
Solution: If you ARE NOT getting the notifications from Para then there isn't anything DUH can do about that you will have to reach out to them to get the issue fixed or check their troubleshooting section.
