If you wish the app automatically decline orders for you then you will need to enable auto decline and setup your personal filter options according to your own preference. The app will only auto decline orders that are lower than your filter options, orders declined will affect your acceptance rating with Doordash. Auto decline is a premium function and does require a subscription before it will be visible to you.
Auto Return
Enabling this will force DUH back to the screen when an order has been automatically declined.
Decline Hub Orders
Certain markets are starting to get HUB orders, this is when you get an order request to go sit at a store location while Doordash attempts to find you multi-stop order request. Once they finish getting the route together they will offer the request to you. Enabling this will decline all HUB request.
Red Card Orders
If enabled this will allow the app to decline all red card orders regardless of your filter options.
Stacked Orders
A stacked order is when you are already on an order and another request comes in, if this option is enabled then it will allow the app to decline the order based on your filter options, if disabled it will allow you to manually make a decision if you wish to decline the stacked order or not.
Decline Delay
If you wish to see the request before it is declined then you can set a delay in seconds before the app will automatically decline the order for you.
Per Order Amount
This is the minimum amount that an order request has to be or else it will be declined. An example: If you do not wish to take any orders under $5.00, then set this to that amount and anything under will be declined for you.
Minimum Per Mile
This is the minimum per mile that an order request has to be or else it will be declined. An example: If you do not wish to take any orders under $1.00 per mile, then set this to that amount and anything under will be declined for you.
Max Order Distance
This is the maximum distance that you want to go, anything over this amount will be automatically declined. An example: If you do not want to go further than 10 miles away, set this to 10 miles, orders greater than this distance will be declined.
Only ONE filter option has to fail for an order to be declined, any request that DOES NOT meet these filters will be declined.
