If you experience the app not responding when going online or the bring to screen function not working it might be that your notification access has been disabled by the android system.

Phone settings > apps > (app name - such as Uber/Lyft)> notifications (make sure notifications are enabled - This is required)

Phone settings > search for notification access > maxymo > toggle allow notification access off and back on.
** S21 users **
Phone settings > search for access > scroll down to Special access (notification access) > tap notification access > find Maxymo > toggle it off and back on.
