The first thing you should do is check your request history and see if Maxymo is trying to accept or decline the offer.
Maxymo shows offer was accepted or declined
If you notice that your Uber auto accept/decline isn't working but Maxymo is showing that the offer has been accepted or declined then that means your auto functions are being blocked by Uber for your market. This is outside of our control. The only work around would be to use the advanced option "tasker commands" while using the tasker app, you can find more information from this article.
Maxymo does not show offer was accepted or declined
If you believe an offer should have been accepted or declined but Maxymo does not show it as so this means it is a filter issue. You need to go back to your auto accept or decline filters and double check that you have enabled auto accept or decline & you have set your filters correctly. (keep in mind that some markets auto functions still will not work without using the tasker method mentioned above, even if filters are set correctly)
