If your device or our servers have a connection issue it might cause your account to show up as free. If your last payment was successful (check your bank statement) then please try the following options.
* Make sure app is up to date
- Make sure DUH is offline
- Go to DUH account screen
- Tap check for update
- Restart your device
* Refresh your subscription
- Make sure DUH is offline
- Go to DUH account screen
- Tap refresh subscription icon
- Restart the DUH app
If it is still free then you will need to contact support@middletontech.com or via the Facebook group to get the issue resolved.
