If your device or our servers have a connection issue it might cause your account to show up as free. If your last payment was successful (check your bank statement) then please try the following.
1. Make sure DUH is offline
2. Log out of DUH
3. Restart your device
4. Log back into DUH
If it is still free then you will need to contact support@middletontech.com or via the Facebook group to get the issue resolved.
