(DUH does not support any work-around methods, so the address might not show if you are doing any type of work-around. Showing the address is not a guarantee, it directly depends on the driver app to send it to your device. If you have already reset your notification settings as below, if your request screen does not look like the image below try to leave DUH on screen while waiting for an order. Sometimes the driver app does not send the address if it is already on the screen.)
If your driver app request screen looks like the following image, the driver app IS NOT sending the address or a notification of a new order. There is not anything DUH can currently do to force the driver app to send those.
If your request screen does not look like the one above, make sure you are only running one version of the dasher app and only one device. If the problem still persist, do the following.
-
Phone settings > apps > dasher > notifications (make sure new order, dash status & order updates is enabled - This is required)
-
Phone settings > search for notification access > drivers utility helper > toggle allow notification access off and back on.
- Restart your device - Sometimes your phone runs low on resources, restarting your device frees them up.

Phone settings > search for access > scroll down to Special access (notification access) > tap notification access > find Drivers Utility Helper > toggle it off and back on.
**Update for step 2: **
Easiest way is to go to your DUH account page and click on test application services. If all services are working correctly then it is most likely step 1 or the dasher app not sending you the notifications.
